SGV Safe Clamp

The SGV Safe Clamp features a design which can be installed and operated with one hand. The SGV Safe Clamp has been tested to 4200psi with no signs of failure, assuring safe pressure retention without blowing out the cap and clamp in 3000psi designed systems. Piping system must be rated for such pressures.

Even during absent-minded operation, the SGV Safe Clamp is designed not to blowout the cap and clamp from over pressure as opening our clamp safely releases pressure buildup while keeping the whole assembly intact.

The SGV Safe Clamp is produced from forged stainless steel to eliminate corrosion and resists opening from over-tightening. Our clamp is designed to avoid any major injuries to operators, including the eyes and face, which was an issue with the previously used formed sheet metal clamp.

The SGV Safe Clamp is available for standard bayonet connections and can be suited to your flanged connections. Additional safety latch available upon request for your project.
